Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll lead the administration of a portfolio of complex construction loans, including commercial, residential, and land development projects.
Your day-to-day will revolve around processing loan advances, reductions, and draw requests, as well as reviewing inspection reports and tracking insurance status.
Additional duties involve coordinating site inspections and ensuring accurate documentation, including carefully updating funding logs and ledgers for each project.
Working with legal and title documents is essential, as is compiling status reports for review by loan officers and managing budgets and draw schedules.
Collaboration is key; you’ll often work closely with Relationship Managers, the title company, and serve as a reliable backup for other team members.
